Peru Mall’s Customer Service Center is located directly east of Bergner’s in center court and provides our customers with assistance and services to make shopping visits easy and enjoyable. At the Customer Service Center, you will find the following services:

• Directions to stores and public restroom facilities
• Event Information
• Fax Machine Services 
• Gift Cards
• Lost & Found
• Stroller Rentals
• Free Wheelchair loans
The Customer Service Center is open during all mall hours with smiling, helpful associates eager to assist you.

 

The ATM/Cash Station Machine is conveniently located in Center Court at the Customer Service Center.

Peru mall Gift Cards couldn’t be easier!  They spend like cash and are valid at all participating mall stores and restaurants that accept the Discover Network® Card.  Choose your Gift Card for any amount from $10 to $100, in $5 increments.  Peru Mall Gift Cards can be purchased at the Customer Service Center located in Center Court. We accept cash, Discover Network® Card, VISA, MasterCard and corporate checks.  If you have a large order please telephone ahead by calling (815) 223-7600 and we will have your Gift Cards ready upon your arrival.

 

You can check the balance of your Peru Mall Gift Card by clicking here.  This service is free of charge.

 

Due to increased administration fees, Peru Mall will include a $1 handling fee for each Gift Card up to $5 per gift card order.  This fee does not pertain to corporate orders.

 

Shop with your card now.  After 12 months, an account management fee of $2.50 will be deducted each month from the value of the card.

Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and department store entrances.

The mall is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

 

Peru Mall Management Office is located in Suite E-1, at the southwest mall entrance.  Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.

 

Public telephones are conveniently located throughout the mall.

 

Illinois Valley Community Hospital and Peru Mall co-sponsor the Healthy Walker’s Club.  At the monthly meetings, various topics are addressed by an IVCH nurse.  The FREE lectures keep all members informed of health and related issues.  FREE blood pressure screenings are provided on a regular basis.

 

Peru Mall’s Specialty Leasing program includes merchant opportunities throughout the year, in both in-line spaces and kiosks.  There are 14 kiosk spaces available throughout the concourse.  This program allows retailers or vendors to take advantage of seasonal traffic during periods such as Valentines, Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School and Holiday.  Entrepreneurs can use this program as an “incubator” period to test market merchandise on a short-term basis prior to signing a permanent lease.

 

Stroller rentals and free wheelchair loans (on-mall use only) are available at the Customer Service Center.
